This agreement states that the said puppy has been purchased by the said Buyer with a non-refundable minimum deposit of $200.00

Your Puppy will have a veterinarian check between 6-7 weeks.
Vaccine DA2PPvL,( Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)and de-worming with Nemex 2,and Baycox.
All puppies are guaranteed to be free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. The buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from date of sale. Failure to do so will void any and all guarantees. Seller accepts no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 72 hours.
If a serious health problem is noted during your vet examination, seller must receive a written statement from buyer's veterinarian within 3 days from the date of examination. Upon verification by seller's veterinarian of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to seller,unless otherwise agreed by seller. When available, the buyer will be provided with another puppy of the same gender.
Medical Information
Your puppy had its tail docked and dew claws removed between 3 and 5 days old. This removal of dew claws is 99% effective at this age. Occasionally, a dew claw will grow back. We do not cover any fees associated with the removal of the dew claw(s) if needed after the initial removal.
At no time, in any part of this guarantee, do we guarantee against conditions brought on by environmental changes, stress or exposure to adverse conditions that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. If the puppy shows no signs or symptoms of a problem we do not and cannot treat them. Therefore, we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Parasites (Internal or External), Viral, Bacterial or Fungal Infections, Allergies or Ear Mites.
Buyer agrees the following defects are minimal and are not considered serious / life threatening and therefore are not covered under this contract: umbilical hernia, un-descended testicle(s), under bite or overbite, luxating patella (grade 1 or 2) or Innocent Heart Murmurs.
At no time do we reimburse for time off of work, travel time or gas expenses.
Should the puppy be returned to BarMor's Puppies, all expenses for return of the puppy/dog is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Miscellaneous
We do not give any guarantee for adult size, color changes, coat texture, shedding or hypo allergenic.
The Buyer agrees to never release the puppy/dog to any animal shelter, dog pound, animal rescue or research facility.
The Buyer agrees that should the occasion arise whereby the Buyer no longer desires ownership of the puppy/dog the Buyer will notify the breeder immediately. Buyer can place the puppy with a close friend or relative If no home is available with a close relative or friend, the dog is to be returned to BarMor's. If puppy/dog is returned no money will be refunded however if the dog requires vet care,Spay/neuter, grooming, etc. a $200 fee will be charged for these services.. It is further understood that any circumstances, situations, disputes arising which are not covered within this Agreement shall be remedied at the discretion of the breeder and the breeder's decision shall be final and binding.
This agreement is non-transferable. It is only in effect for the original Purchaser whose name appears on this contract.
Temperaments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The temperament of your puppy is based on the amount of time you give to your dog and to its development and socialization.
Puppy Kindergarten/Obedience classes are recommended for all puppies.
Your Responsibility--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Purchaser will maintain the puppy in good condition according to veterinarian recommendations, including but not limited to adherence
to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, spay/neuter on or before its 6 month birthday, proper nutrition/weight for age
and structure, annual worming, flea prevention.

Deposits fees are non-refundable unless puppy fails our vet check. You will be notified if any unusual problems occur. If you accept a puppy that has a non life threatening problem you will be responsible for any on going care for said problem.
PayPal fees are non-refundable.

By signing this guarantee the buyer waives all rights to file any legal claim against the breeder.
